The rules for using Nudox.

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nudox, including our website, dashboard, APIs, and MCP integrations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Nudox on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms for that organization.

The Service

Nudox provides compiler-backed, versioned knowledge about codebases. We scan the repositories you connect, derive a structured graph of symbols and their relationships, and make that graph queryable by developers and AI agents.

We may add, change, or remove features over time as the service evolves.

Accounts and API Keys

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.
Keep your credentials confidential; notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent plan limits.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Connect repositories you do not have the rights to scan and index.
Circumvent rate limits, query quotas, or other technical restrictions.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service or its data without our written consent.
Probe, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers' data.
Use the service in violation of applicable law.

Your Content

You retain all ownership of the source code and repositories you connect. You grant Nudox a limited license to scan, index, and store derived representations of that code solely to provide the service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the repositories you connect, including any third-party code they contain.

Plans and Billing

Free plans are limited to public repositories and subject to query volume and rate limits.
Paid plans are billed per seat or by usage, as described at signup or in your enterprise agreement.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in your contract.
We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". While our knowledge graphs are derived from compiler-verified analysis, we do not warrant that query results are complete, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Enterprise availability commitments are governed by the SLA in your contract.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nudox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, your access to the service ends and indexed graphs of your repositories are deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above, and continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you have questions about these terms, please contact us.
